These terms cover buying VozType from this website. Using the software itself is covered by the licence agreement included with it.

VozType is made and published by Vozmas LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Paddle handles the payment, applicable sales tax and VAT, and the receipt. Your card statement may show Paddle rather than Vozmas LLC.
What you are buying
A licence to use VozType on your own computers. You are not buying ownership of the software.
- The licence is for one person and may be activated on two computers that you use.
- It does not expire and there is no subscription.
- Updates within your major version are included at no charge.
- Future major versions are a separate purchase. You are never forced to upgrade, and your existing version keeps working.
Price
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The introductory price applies to the first fifty licences sold; once those are gone the price rises. Buying at the introductory price does not move you onto the higher price later.
Delivery
After payment you receive a licence key by email, along with a download link. Delivery is electronic and normally immediate. If your key has not arrived within a few hours, email support@voztype.com and we will send it again.
Refunds
You can have your money back within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. The details are in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Trial before purchase
VozType can be used free for 14 days before any purchase. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm it works with your microphone, your computer, and the programs you use.
What the software does not do
VozType is general-purpose dictation software. It is not sold for any specific regulated purpose, and no claim is made that it meets any standard, certification, or regulatory requirement. Speech recognition is imperfect and can produce wrong words. You are responsible for reading and correcting anything it writes before you rely on it.
We want VozType to keep working for you. If something breaks, or if Windows changes underneath it, we will make a sincere effort to put it right and to send the fix out as a free update. What we cannot do is promise every case. No two computers are alike, and some problems sit in hardware, drivers, or other software that we do not control. So we will always make a reasonable attempt, and we will tell you honestly when something is beyond us.
Limits on liability
The software is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vozmas LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, where that law does not allow them to be removed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
These terms may change for future purchases. The version published on this page on the day you buy is the version that applies to your purchase.
