The short version

Email support@voztype.com within 14 days of buying and ask for your money back. You will get it. We do not ask why.

How to ask

Send an email to support@voztype.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. That is the whole process. There is no form and no phone call.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the payment processor. We approve the request, usually within two business days. Paddle then returns the money to the card or account you paid with, which typically takes a further five to ten business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued the licence key is retired and will not activate on new installations. Please remove the software from your computers.

After 14 days

The 14-day window is the guarantee. Beyond it we are not obliged to refund, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us anyway and we will look at it.

This is also why VozType has a free 14-day trial. You can confirm it works with your microphone, your computer, and the programs you use before spending anything.

Your legal rights

This policy is offered in addition to the rights you have under the consumer law where you live. It does not replace or reduce them. If you are in the UK or EU, your statutory right to cancel a digital purchase still applies.
